Should a guest wish to cancel their booking, Pan Pacific Melbourne must be notified 30 days prior to the arrival date or 1 night's cancellation charge will apply.

Should a guest fail to arrive at the Hotel or if the room is cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date (4pm) the guest will be charged 100% of their full stay.

Early departures are treated as cancelled room nights. Cancellation penalties will apply for each night cancelled.
